How do you improve learner interactivity in an online course?

Ever have a session where you are the only one talking? Where learners don’t answer questions or polls? How do you change that environment? Surprisingly, it’s not the learners – it’s you.

  • Set a quick response time for chat and questions
  • Build relationships by using names and acknowledging learners
  • Be expressive – use your arms and hands, facial expressions, and your gaze.
