Design Training with Metrics in mind (Return on investment spreadsheet)

When you do your learner analysis, ask the following questions:

  • What weekly or monthly data do you look at to measure learner’s performance?
  • Can you have access to the data to trend it and track it?

On your own tracking:

  • Track the learner, the training time and the metrics
  • Combine with the baseline and the goals

Add it to a spreadsheet, so you can do calculation and a scatter graph to show trends. Check mine out here.
