We know the best way for learners to apply their knowledge is to mimic a real life, production environment.

We had an phishing course where the learner had to identify “is this a phishing email?” and the first version showed the email. The answers had two buttons depending on the situations.

In our next version, we created an interaction in Captivate and replaced the buttons. Instead, the learners had to identify the actualy lines in the email that were risky and were provided feedback based on those lines.
