Hello! I’ve been an instructional designer for over 10 years and in technical training for over 15 years. I develop courses courses that make an impact, change behaviors, and improve performance. My courses are easy to consume and applicable to the learner’s day to day work. My work is flexible, meeting the needs of the learner through microlearning, full courses, videos, GIFs, and games.

Bonne was always the creative spark in our Cradlepoint University team, finding unique ways to share our new products for training. In many instances she would study early materials to prepare a draft so that I only needed to edit. In the middle of launches it was incredibly helpful to not chase content. Bonne was an integral part of my team at SANS. She is self-motivated, dedicated, works well under pressure and on tight timelines.
