Learning and development is a great place to recognize other areas that need improvement in the organization. ADDIE kicks off the project by analysis.  This checklist can be used to perform an organizational analysis.

Questions are broken down into categories (environmental and behavior) and broken into subcategories.

• Environmental subcategories include data, feedback, tools, resources, and incentives.
• Behavior subcategories include knowledge/training, capacity, and motivation

Once you’ve checked off yes or no on the first page, then flip the checklist over to determine the solutions.
