Pre-Design
How will you keep you learner’s interest throughout the course? How will they be motived to remember the information? Using the ARCS model, you’ll outline the important ways just to do that.
Pre-Instruction
The boring stuff. The instructional design objectives, the outcomes and any prerequisites.
Content Presentation
The high level outline of the course itself. Include your notes on the pre-test, the content, practice, feedback and post test.
Post Training Support
What happens after training can be just as important as training itself. Job aids, newsletters and even mini-elearnings can be used.
